Get it over with.

So i play basket, not so well but i try. But its not enough to just practise basket, u have to do other exercises too. Jogging and strengh exercises. I hate jogging and strengh exercises are hard work therefore do it everyday for a shorter period than having days whereas you have to train a longer period. Get it over with! A boost for me is smoothie! Healthy and delicious!
